The era Giben continues

 

The technology, innovation and know-how of Giben will be continued under the umbrella of Masterwood S.p.A. supported by KTD.

 

Masterwood SpA already took over the intellectual property of Giben in 2019, including valid patents in Europe, North and South America, as well as all technical designs and software. By acquiring former Giben staff, a new chapter of Giben panel sizing systems was opened and promote under the Masterwood brand.

 

The main objective is to expand the range and quality of the products offered and to increase their market share in this important segment.

 

Giben is a major Italian company founded in 1947 under the name Giben. In the 1970s, Giben, led by its founder GIno BENuzzi, had the vision of building a machine that did not yet exist: the automatic panel saw. This invention allowed the company to grow exponentially, first in Italy and immediately afterwards in Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Eastern Europe, the United States of America, Brazil, China, etc. Giben was considered a "leader" in the field of panel sizing machines thanks to constant innovation .
